Refund policy

MereMia prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will provide you with an online store credit, minus shipping costs.

Please note:
Refunds are not allowed.
Allowable return items are products that are damaged. Allowable returned items will only be given an online store credit, no exceptions.

Should you notice a shipping error, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Shipping errors received after the 30 days of receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping errors received after 30 days will not be accepted back.

A shipping fee of $15.00 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order and orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well: $15.00 for U.S.Orders. Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.

Returns must be in original condition with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. meremia.us will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.

Upon receipt of returned goods. MereMia reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
